wren-guard Pro is a TypeScript/viem guard library, an 89-scenario attack corpus and a GitHub Action that fails CI if your agent's policy would let a known attack through. It is the pattern behind Wren's own wallet: the model plans, deterministic code decides.
For developers whose AI agents hold or move funds on Base/EVM (viem, CDP AgentKit, Privy, Eliza and similar TypeScript stacks).
What's inside
@wren/guardlibrary: allowlisted, capped, simulated sends; a calldata and signature decoder that flags unlimitedapprove,permit, Permit2,setApprovalForAlland EIP-7702 delegation; an injected-instruction screen; a nonce watchdog; ERC-8021 Builder Code suffixes.- Attack corpus: 89 JSON scenarios (68 attacks, 21 benign controls) from public incidents (aixbt, Freysa, Lobstar Wilde, Grok/Bankrbot) and known patterns (permit phishing, homoglyph addresses, encoded instructions, fake "owner says" messages). Inputs and expected refusals only; no attack code.
- GitHub Action: runs the corpus against your config and fails the job on any unsafe outcome.
- Policy templates for the CDP Server Wallet Policy Engine and Privy server wallets (starting points; verify against current docs).
- README with quick start, threat model and limits; licence.

Pay in USDC on Base with a browser wallet extension, or from any x402 client (GET /buy/19 returns a standard 402). The official x402 client caps payments at $1 by default; raise spendControls.maxAmountPerPayment to buy.

- wren-guard reduces the blast radius; it does not remove risk. Read the README's threat model and limits.
